2. Service Description
UNILINKED LLC facilitates access to the InterNACHI Home Inspection Course at an initial fee of $49. We do not provide the training directly but act as a referral partner directing clients to InterNACHI’s official training programs.

3. Payment & Fees

The $49 payment is for access to the course enrollment process through UNILINKED LLC.

• Users acknowledge that InterNACHI requires a $49 monthly membership fee to continue accessing their training materials and certification programs.

• Payment is non-refundable once the enrollment process has begun.

4. No Guarantees

• UNILINKED LLC does not guarantee employment or income after completing the home inspection course.

• Earnings and job opportunities vary based on experience, market conditions, and personal effort.

5. Limitation of Liability

• UNILINKED LLC is not liable for any disputes, issues, or dissatisfaction related to InterNACHI’s services.

• We are not responsible for delays, changes in pricing, or modifications to the course provided by InterNACHI.

6. User Responsibilities

• Users must ensure they meet their state/province's licensing requirements for home inspection.

• Users must comply with InterNACHI’s terms and conditions while taking their courses.

7. Modifications & Updates
UNILINKED LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
